  摘 要

  捣固炼焦工艺能增加优良炼焦煤配入量,添加高挥发、弱黏结性煤的配比,有效降低花费成本,提高焦炭产量和质量,从而取得更好的经济效益。

  本设计参照河北钢铁团体九江线材有限公司成熟的炼焦工艺,停止年产万吨焦炼焦车间。配煤比为:40%、1/3焦煤25%、肥煤10%、焦煤10%和瘦煤15%。炉型选择方面,本设计采取捣固焦炉其技巧特色为双联火道、焦炉煤气下喷、废气轮回。

  

  The technology design of tamping coking workshop

  ABSTRACT

  Tamping coking technology can reduce the consumption of high-grade coking coal, increase the consumption of high volatile, weakly caking coal, lower the cost and improve the quality of coke, to obtain better economic benefits.

  The topic of this technology-design is yearly 1.10 million tons cokes with tamping coking technology. And the design refers to the mature coking technology of the Hebei Iron and Steel Group Jiujiang Wire Co., Ltd. The coal blending ratio is: gas coal 40%, 1/3 coking coal 25%, fat coal 10%, coking coal 10% and lean coal 15%. The material balance computation and energy balance computation of coke oven is the main content. As a result, the annual consumption of dry coal was 1.4455 million tons, the annual output of main products: 1.1016 million tons of cokes, 54.8 kilotons of coal tar, 16.5 kilotons of crude benzene, 3.3 kilotons of ammonia and 232.9 kilotons of clean gas. Tons of coal into the coke oven will be consume coke oven gas 140.34m3, and the thermal efficiency is 76.12%.
